This week, the children worked on some wonderful bunnies!  The had to roll around a golf ball that had been dipped in a mixture of glue and white paint.  Once they had enough glue/paint, they added glitter.  I heard one of the children exclaim, "Oh boy glitter!"  Who doesn't like glitter?

On Wednesday, the children arrived to find supplies needed for dying eggs!  This was a lot of fun and required dexterity and patience.  You see, the longer you leave the egg in the dye, the more color you get.

Friday, was a busy day.  Egg Hunt, Easter snack and Dance Marathon!
The children came into the classroom and found egg shapes all over the room!  (My Rainy Day plan for our Easter Egg Hunt, only to find NO rain!) The children had a great time finding the eggs AND re-hiding them.  They also got to decorate them and take them home.

Packing up eggs to take home.......

Since the Preschool Dance Marathon was on Thursday, a few of the 8th graders and one of their teachers came over to "dance" with us on Friday.  We taught them some new songs!

Thank you to all that participated in the Dance Marathon. LCC Day School raised over $15,000 for All Children's Hospital!

I hope you all enjoy your break and have a very Blessed Easter!
