Sorry for the delay in posting, these girls keep me on my toes!  You can see that we enjoyed finishing up our Nursery Rhyme theme with Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.

We tried play dough for the first time.  They enjoyed it!

Our next unit was "Favorite Stories".  We read, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, I Ain't Gonna Paint No More, Silly Sally and Mouse Paint.

We tried easel painting for the first time.  The children got to pick the color they wanted to paint. We will definitely paint some more!

Silly Sally  - The girls used straws and pipe cleaners to make silly Sally!

For Mouse Paint, I gave them three colors and they could mix as they wished. 

We had our first birthday and it was delicious!
