Our newest theme is "What's In The Garden?".  The children have discovered new books, a fun sensory table that smells really good and lots of flower and bug items in the classroom.

We read the story, Planting A Rainbow by Lois Ehlert.  The children made bouquets.

We read The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. The children made caterpillars!

On Friday, the children made bird nests.

Have a great weekend!

Before we went on break, we finished up with our "Out West" Unit.  The children made snakes by painting on bubble wrap.  They seemed to have just as much fun popping the bubble wrap!  :)
