Thought you might like to see the "mittens" the children made two weeks ago. 
They came out very nice.

 

 

 

This week the children enjoyed a play, Rapunzel, presented by Timeless Tales Theatre.

The children continued to learn more about zoo animals with various activities in the classroom. 
We finished up the week by creating giraffe spots.
I read to the children a wonderful book titled, Giraffe's Can't Dance. They learned that everyone can dance, you just have to listen for the music that is right for you! We all dance differently.

This week will be busy!  We have Silly Sam coming to entertain us on Monday and Grandparent/Special Friend Day on Friday.  We will be getting ready for Valentine's Day, too!
