On Wednesday, we talked about carrots. How they grow, who grows them and who eats them! The children enjoyed painting with big carrots and having a carrot snack!
On Friday, Mrs. Burrichter and Mrs. Babcock came over with their 3rd grade class to let us meet their classroom rabbit, Honey Bunny! She was soooo soft and she loved eating the carrot tops we had saved for her.
On Friday, I read The Little Red Hen and the children created little red hens. What could be more fun then glue and feathers? Yikes!
